Mike assumed that role in 2023 after the retirement of Jeff Powers. Jeff is still employed part time and brings his skills to bear when needed. You will also find other employees such as Don Korem and Tim Dyke out in the town's six parks, providing safe and clean facilities.
Mike brings his years of mechanical skills to the job as well as his interest in public safety. Mike is the Deputy Fire Chief for the Keener Fire Department, and as such his life is centered around service.
